Check your color group start times on the website – meet Saturday morning at Star Cinema Grill – at the corner of Hwy 6 and Dulles.  Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time.  PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE HAIR SALON.  THEY ARRIVE EARLY AND WILL BE UPSET IF THEIR ELDERLY CUSTOMERS DO NOT HAVE A PLACE TO PARK (think of your own grandmothers).  Find your Coach – we will be out there helping you to find your pace group. Bring a bottle of water or sports drink to take with you on the route, bring a towel to wipe the sweat off after the run/walk, and you might want a dry shirt also. After the run/walk, we will have a seminar – bring a towel to sit on.  You might have started to figure out that you need more than one towel.  A dry towel does a lot for the car seat too – or you can pick up a sweat proof seat cover.  They have some at Finish Line Sports.

Registration and/or packet pick up will take place after the run/walk. Your coaches will also be available to answer any questions you may have.

You can still get your FBF team shirt! These are coolmax singlets and tee shirts that you will wear during training and at all events. The shirts are 20 bucks. Bring your check or cash and get your shirt before we run out of sizes. Through our generous sponsors, we will once again get your name added to your shirt without charge. (This is not the “free” shirt that is part of your registration. You will get the “free” shirt mid-way through the season).

See you Saturday!
