We are currently out of women’s large shirts. If you want that size, you need to order it by Wednesday as we will place one more order with our manufacturer.

What to do when it is raining…..

If you are a runner or walker in September, in the Greater Houston area, one of the best things you can hope for is a cool day with no humidity.  Well, good luck finding a day like that!  Next best thing is a rainy day – the temperature will be cooler and the rain helps wash the stinky sweat away.  Plan on coming out early Saturday unless it is lightning.

Saturday, August 24th

Dr. Bhojani will be our seminar speaker on Saturday, August 24th.  Dr. Bhojani received his Bachelors of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at Dallas.
