July 4th. Join FBF members for the 20th annual Freedom 5K. After signing up for the race, meet under the red/white/blue FBF tent at Lost Creek. The race starts at 7am – get there earlier for parking. You can run, walk or stroll the race course. It is a great way to set a mark for where you are at the beginning of the season, to compare to where you end up in January. WEAR YOUR FBF SHIRT – over 200 members will be participating in the 5K!
July 9th New Member Orientation. Come out and meet the coaches – and learn what it takes to have a successful season. 6-7:30 pm at Finish Line Sports. FLS is located at Hwy 59 and Sugar Creek. Enjoy food/drink/door prizes and a 20% discount for new members.

Fort Bend Fit is a training program for walkers/runners designed with the goal of completing 5Ks/10Ks, and Half and Full Marathons. Our coaches are devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating, fun, and safe environment. Upon joining, you will receive day-by-day training schedules, Saturday morning group runs, access to trained coaches, informational seminars and after earning mileage status (mid season), a Fort Bend Fit T-shirt.
